Personally: 1. Machinery industry is a traditional manufacturing industry with weak development potential. People subconsciously don't pay much attention to this industry, although machinery is really important. 2. Mechanical equipment has long service life, high price and weak demand. 3. Brain drain, because it is difficult for the machinery industry to have a good personal development prospect. To put it bluntly, wages are low, and it is of course difficult to recover without talents. 4. At the macro level, domestic economic growth has slowed down. 5. Domestic machinery technology is not good, high-end equipment can't be made, and the high-end market is monopolized by foreign countries, which is related to point 3.
