1. The instrument should be properly placed in a dry and clean room to prevent vibration. When moving the instrument, the base should be supported to prevent the guide rail from deforming. 2. When optical components are not used, they should be stored in a clean drying basin to prevent mildew. Mirrors and spectrometers are generally not allowed to be wiped. When you need to wipe, you must first carefully wipe off the dust with a spare part brush, and then gently wipe it with a clean cotton ball dipped in a mixture of alcohol and ether.

3, transmission parts should have good lubrication. In particular, guide rails, lead screws, nuts and shaft holes should be lubricated with T5 precision instrument oil.

4. When in use, the adjusting part should be properly forced, and it is not allowed to be twisted or pulled.

5. The guide surface of the lead screw should be prevented from being scratched and rusted, and it will remain oil-free after use.

6. The screws on the fine-tuned instrument parts are painted with red paint. Do not turn without authorization.
