How did China's silk and textile technology spread abroad?

The spread of silk and silk weaving technology in China began in the Western Han Dynasty. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Zhang Qian opened the Western Regions and the Silk Road. Since then, there has never been a stop for foreign camel expeditions to China and the Central Plains on this large-scale commercial avenue.

This road was developed by countries along the way and became a trade channel across the Asian Road. Because a large amount of China silk was transported westward through this road, it was later called the Silk Road by Chinese and foreign historians.
