(1) Concrete and plastering base: clean the wall surface and level the surface cracks and potholes with putty. Scrape putty again and smooth it. Determine the number of putty scraping as needed.

(2) Wood base: The wood base shall be planed flat without burr, stubble and exposed nails. Joints and nail holes should be filled with putty. Scrape putty and smooth it.

(3) Gypsum board base: Gypsum board joints shall be treated with caulking putty and firmly bonded with sealant tape. Scrape the putty off the surface.

Primer coating generally uses 107 glue, and the primer can survive once without omission.

2. In order to prevent wallpaper and wall covering from falling off due to moisture, a layer of moisture-proof coating can be applied.

3. Play vertical and horizontal lines to ensure that the wallpaper and wall covering are horizontal and vertical, and the patterns are correct.

4. Plastic wallpaper expands when it meets water, so it is necessary to wet the paper with water to make the plastic wallpaper fully expand. Wallpaper, wall cloth, etc. based on glass fiber. It won't stretch when it meets water, so there is no need to wet the paper. Composite paper wallpaper and textile fiber wallpaper should not be stuffy.

5. After pasting, press the wallpaper glue without leaving bubbles, and wipe the extruded glue in time.

(4) Precautions

1. The water content of the wall foundation should be less than 8%.

2. Check the wall flatness with 2m guide feet, and the height difference shall not exceed 2mm.

3. When stitching, align the pattern first and then stitch, so that the upper and lower patterns are consistent.

4. Flat-fell seam is strictly prohibited at the Yang angle, and the wallpaper should be wrapped above 20 mm at the Yang angle. ..

5. When installing glass fiber wall cloth and non-woven wall covering, the back can't be painted with glue, and the China figurine is painted with glue on the base. Because there are fine holes in wall covering, the glue will print through the surface, and there will be glue marks, which will affect the appearance.

Second, the facing wall decoration process

1. Wooden panel and wooden panel

Wooden panel and structure of wooden panel. Bury the anticorrosive wooden brick in the wall, fix the wooden keel frame on the wooden brick, and then nail or stick the panel on the wooden keel frame. The cross section of wooden keel is 20 ~ 40mm× 40 ~ 50mm, and the spacing of wooden keel is 400 ~ 600mm.

3. Key points of construction

(1) The wall should be flat. If the leveling error of the wall is within 10 mm, plastering and trimming can be used; If the error is greater than 10 mm, a pad can be added between the wall and the keel.

(2) According to the height of the partition and the size of the room, nail wooden sticks and install them in whole or in blocks. Install skirting boards at the bottom of the wooden dado, fix the skirting boards on the skids and wallboard with a height of 150mm, and fix the skirting boards on the partition with wooden lines.

(3) according to the thickness of the panel, determine the size between the wooden keel. Generally, the horizontal keel is about 400 mm, and the vertical keel is about 600 mm. When the panel thickness is greater than 1mm, the spacing between horizontal joists can be appropriately increased.

(4) When nailing wood nails, the top of the clapboard shall be leveled with stay wires, and the specifications and sizes of the battens shall be consistent.

(5) After the installation of the wood clapboard, it shall be treated with facing immediately and painted with clear oil to prevent other types of work from polluting the board surface.

4. Preventive measures

When the wall is wet, it should be constructed after drying or treated with moisture. First, you can make a moisture-proof layer on the wall first; Second, vent holes can be left at the top and bottom of the wallboard; Third, the wooden bricks in the wall can be picked out, so that the panel and wooden keel are separated from the wall by a certain distance to avoid the influence of moisture on the panel.

Wooden keels must be nailed at the yin and yang corners of the two walls.

If varnish is used, panels of the same tree species, color and pattern should be selected.

Third, the stone wall decoration process

Natural stone is relatively heavy, so in order to ensure safety, the double insurance method is generally adopted, that is, the plate is connected with the base by copper wire binding, and then cement mortar is poured. The spacing between the panel and the structural wall is 3 ~ 5cm, which is used as grouting joint. When pouring, the pouring height is about 20cm at a time, and continue pouring after solidification.

1. Paste glazed tiles:

Cleaning treatment at the grass-roots level → plastering base ash → selecting bricks → soaking → arranging bricks → elastic line → sticking standard points → sticking ceramic tiles → jointing → wiping seams → cleaning.

2. Paste the tiles:

Clean up the grass-roots level → wipe the base ash → lay bricks and play lines → paste → uncover paper → wipe seams.

3. Key points of construction

All kinds of dirt on the wall at the grass-roots level should be cleaned and watered one day in advance. The concrete wall surface should be chiseled away from the protruding part, and the grassroots should be chiseled away from the floating ash. Or use 107 glue cement mortar to nap. After painting the primer, when the bottom layer is 6 ~ 70% dry, bricklaying and elastic thread are carried out.

Before formal pasting, standard points must be pasted to control the flatness of the pasting surface. During the operation, check the smoothness with a ruler at any time. If it is uneven or not straight, remove the heavy glue.

Tiles must be soaked in clear water for more than two hours before pasting, and the tiles should be taken out and dried for later use.

When gluing, pipes, light switches, toilet equipment accessories, etc. Must be cut and matched with the whole brick group.

Wipe the surface with cotton silk after pasting, and then wipe the seam with white cement slurry.

4. Preventive measures

1. The base must be cleaned, and there can be no floating soil and floating ash. The old wall should be cleaned with the original mortar.

2. Tiles must be soaked in the shade to dry. Because after the dry board is laid, the moisture in the mortar will be quickly absorbed by the board, which will cause dehydration of cement mortar, affect its condensation and hardening, and cause problems such as hollowing and shelling.

Five, wooden keel partition construction technology

1, wooden keel partition construction procedures

Clean the ground at the grass-roots level → set out lines to find rules → use bricks and cement mortar to make pillow belts (also called baseboard seats) on the ground → set out lines and loops to the ceiling and the main structural wall → erect side wall reinforcement → install along the ground and roof → erect vertical keels → nail horizontal keels → seal panels, reserve socket positions and set up reinforced wooden wedges → cover panel processing.

2, wooden keel partition construction points

The wooden keel frame shall be made of red, white and pine, with the specification of 40mm× 70mm. The spacing between vertical keels is generally between 450 and 600 mm.

When installing a wooden stare blankly along the ground and roof, both ends of the wooden stare blankly should extend into the brick wall for at least l20 mm to ensure that the partition wall is firmly connected with the original structural wall.

Six, glass brick partition wall construction technology

Key points of glass brick partition wall construction:

Glass brick should be built on the basis of strengthening with two F6 ~ F8 steel bars. The foundation height should not be greater than 150mm, and the width should be greater than the thickness of glass brick by more than 20 mm. ..

Metal profiles shall be applied at the top and both ends of the glass brick partition wall, and the width of the gutter shall be greater than 10 ~ 18 mm of the brick thickness.

When the length or height of the partition wall is greater than 1500mm, one steel bar is set every other floor vertically (when the length and height are greater than 1500mm, two steel bars are set); A steel bar is set every three vertical joints in the horizontal direction. The reinforcing bar shall extend into the notch not less than 35mm. The height of partition wall of reinforced glass brick shall not exceed 4m.

There should be a sliding seam with a width of not less than 4mm between the two ends of the glass partition wall and the wings of the metal profile, and the seam should be filled with linoleum; There should be an expansion joint with a width not less than 10mm between the glass partition board and the ventral surface of the profile to avoid damaging the glass brick partition board.

The top layer of the glass brick should extend into the notch of the top metal profile 10 ~ 25mm to prevent the glass brick from breaking due to rigid extrusion.

The joint between glass bricks shall not be less than10mm and not more than 30mm.

Joints between glass bricks and profiles, profiles and buildings shall be sealed with elastic sealant.

Seven, mirror glass curtain wall construction process
