We have to go through Nanchang to go back to our hometown, so we visited the famous Wang Teng Pavilion. Wang Tengting is one of the three famous buildings in the south of China, which was founded by Wang Teng, the younger brother of Emperor Taizong. My mother said that Tengwangge was famous all over the world because Wang Bo, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote a preface to Tengwangge. I also learned his poem Ode to Goose before! Wang Tengting was destroyed 28 times in previous dynasties, and now it has been rebuilt for the 29th time in 1989.

The history of Tengwangge is so vicissitudes that I am full of curiosity about it. My parents and I can't wait to visit. Wang Teng Pavilion is located by the Ganjiang River, which is very spectacular. Seen from a distance, it has seven floors, each with cornices and arches, green glazed tiles and red fences. It is really rich in the style of China classical architecture, simple and solemn, with exquisite workmanship. There are wings on both sides of the main building. We walked up the steps and went straight to the second floor of the Wang Teng Pavilion. We saw many cultural relics, including imperial edicts of the emperor, official uniforms of the Qing Dynasty, and ancient weapons, such as shields, swords and spears, arrows and armor. I also saw the model of Wang Teng Pavilion in past dynasties. Wang Tengting in the Tang Dynasty is already spectacular. We climbed to the top floor in one breath. We walked around the fence outside the building and got a panoramic view of Nanchang. Then we went around to the other side and saw Ganjiang lying at the foot, flowing into the distance. I can't forget the ending at a glance. I'm really relaxed and happy.

After visiting the Wang Teng Pavilion, I feel that although it is not an ancient building, it still embodies the superb artistic achievements of traditional Chinese architecture. What makes me most happy is that I saw many precious cultural relics, gained a lot of knowledge and got a better understanding of the splendid ancient civilization of China.
