For example, in Lijiang, Yunnan Province, there is a sign by the river that reads "Fall into the pond carefully" in Chinese, but in English it reads "Fall into the pond carefully"! In Suzhou, there is a sign on the garden museum in the Humble Administrator's Garden that reads "Please do not make noise" in Chinese, but "No louding" in English! But loud is not a verb. In the brochure at the entrance to Suzhou Panmen, the word "relics" is spelled "relies". There are many such examples. Many foreign tourists, when they see such a sign, do not just laugh it off, but take a picture of it with their camera as a souvenir. They may take this as an after-dinner joke when they go back to their home countries and share with their friends about the Chinese people's English level. In addition to affecting the image of China's scenic spots, this will also create an impression on foreigners who don't know much about China that there will be a big language communication barrier in China, thus affecting their motivation to visit China.

Second, the problem of toilets in scenic spots. Toilets may be located in the most inconspicuous place in a scenic spot, but they play an important role in leaving a good impression on tourists. Nowadays, domestic scenic spots, especially in Suzhou, have solved a lot of toilet problems. The former dirty and smelly phenomenon has been rare. However, there is still a problem with the toilets in domestic scenic spots due to cultural differences. Most Chinese people are still fond of the traditional squatting toilets, because they always feel that there are hygiene problems with flush toilets; while most tourists from western countries prefer flush toilets, which is also their living habit. There are many scenic spots in China that use the former and many scenic spots that use the latter, however, whether it is the former or the latter, there will be people complaining. In addition, the staff of the Master of the Nets Garden, as well as many other scenic spots in China, do not have uniform uniforms, and they walk in the scenic area and the tourists are not separate, and if when the tourists need help, they can not be the first time to find the staff out of the tourists. Finally, the cleaners in the gardens have language problems in communicating with tourists. Most of the cleaners do not even understand Mandarin, and they tend to often scattered in all corners of the scenic area, almost the first object of help for many tourists, but they can't give help to tourists when they ask for help. The scenic area is a public **** window, the management should make consideration in this detail when arranging staff.
