How to make a broken egg roll?

Thinking of making an egg cake, I flipped through the menu in the kitchen. If you can't find the right one, just think about building one yourself. It's not, inspiration is coming, draw it at once! Please ignore the waste paper I grab casually ~?

Divide eggs. Add corn oil to the egg yolk and stir well, then add milk and stir well.

Sift in the low flour, and stir evenly by zigzag method to make the batter smooth and particle-free. I forgot to take pictures at this step. ?

Prepare two pots and scoop in about two spoonfuls of egg yolk paste respectively; Sift in cocoa powder and stir well. This will be an eggshell. Make the chicken into the primary color.

Add a few drops of vinegar to the egg white and add sugar three times. Beat until the middle hook appears when the eggbeater is lifted, and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. At this time, the fire is 170 degrees to preheat the oven.

Scoop two spoonfuls of protein paste each, add them into the primary color egg yolk paste and cocoa egg yolk paste respectively, and stir and mix evenly. Keep the remaining protein paste in the refrigerator to avoid defoaming. The picture shows cocoa paste mixed with protein.

Next, be patient! The key step is coming: draw a chicken pattern. You can draw an outline with white paper in advance and point it under translucent oil paper to copy the picture. I was lazy and painted directly on the tarpaulin. Draw the eggshell first, put the cocoa paste into a paper bag, cut a hole about 2mm, draw the outline first, and then fill the center. If the broken shell is not obvious enough, you can adjust it with a toothpick. Put the painted eggshell in the oven and bake it for about 1 minute to set.

Next, draw the chicken part, put the primary color egg yolk paste into a paper bag, draw the chicken in the same way, and then bake it in the oven 1 minute for setting. The picture above is what it looks like after it is finalized.

Now mix the main cake batter. Melt the matcha powder with a little boiling water, add it to the egg yolk paste in a large basin and mix well. Take out the protein paste, take one third of the protein and matcha yolk paste, stir and mix, then pour into the remaining protein paste and stir evenly in the same way.

Pour the matcha cake paste into the baking tray and scrape the surface flat. Be careful not to scratch the bottom pattern. Gently shake the baking tray to soak.

Put it in the middle layer of the oven, and bake at 170 degrees and 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. Because you want to use the bottom of the towel, don't use too much force to avoid burning.

It's out. Uncover the waterproof cloth around to dissipate heat.

Cover the surface with a piece of oiled paper and turn it over. Slowly uncover the oily paper at the bottom, and the chicken pattern will come out.

When the cake cools, draw the eyes and mouth of the chicken with melted dark chocolate, and you can also rub some rouge on the chicken with dragon juice? Haha, the chicken is suddenly shy.

When baking a cake, you can stir the cream. Mix cream+sugar+salt and beat until it does not flow. Turn the cake over and make a few strokes without cutting it. The purpose is to prevent it from cracking when it is rolled. Don't put cream on the end of the cake, lest it be rolled up and spilled.

Roll it up with a rolling pin, wrap it in oil paper and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to set it.

Ok, it's time. Above: Wake up the chicken?

The chicken has broken its shell? Come out!
