What is a culture of clean government?

The culture of clean government is people's thoughts, beliefs, knowledge, behavior norms and their corresponding lifestyle and social evaluation, which fundamentally reflects the ruling idea, purpose and mode of a class and a political party, and is an objective reflection of clean government behavior in culture and concept.

There are four basic categories of clean government culture:

First, it refers to the ideological and moral requirements of clean politics, which act on the inner world of rulers and form the cultural motive force of clean politics;

Second, it refers to creating a good cultural atmosphere of honesty and politics in the whole society, forming a social fashion of being proud of honesty and ashamed of greed, and enriching people's spiritual world with a healthy and upward culture of pursuing honesty;

Third, it refers to the professional culture that employees of all professional classes abide by professional ethics, love their jobs, be honest and self-disciplined, and abide by the law;

Fourth, the broad masses of people's pursuit of fairness and justice, stability and order, honesty and friendship is a psychological and cultural reflection. The culture of clean government has a very long historical tradition in China, and it is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
