Problems and countermeasures of enterprise management communication
Abstract: With the growing economic development in China, management communication, as the core of enterprise management, plays an increasingly prominent role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, in the actual operation of enterprises, there are still many problems in the management communication of enterprises, and how to improve the management communication ability of enterprises has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve. This paper briefly describes the significance and existing problems of management communication, and puts forward corresponding measures.

For modern enterprises, the production efficiency of enterprises is not simply the sum of individual productivity of employees, but depends on the communication efficiency among decision makers, management and employees within enterprises. Therefore, good management communication within an enterprise can not only strengthen communication and cooperation among employees, but also play an incentive role and greatly improve work efficiency and performance. Therefore, it is of great significance for an enterprise to study and analyze the present situation of enterprise communication management, analyze the existing problems and put forward corresponding solutions.
1. Performance of management communication
The management communication of enterprises is mainly divided into two aspects, on the one hand, the management communication within enterprises. In the actual business process of an enterprise, it is an essential link to make enterprise decisions, and the basis of decision-making lies in the effective feedback of internal business information. On the other hand, it is the management communication between enterprises and the external business environment of the market. 2. The significance of enterprise management communication

3.2 The phenomenon of inefficient communication in enterprise management is very common.
The low communication efficiency is mainly reflected in the lack of timely and in-depth communication. This is largely caused by the lack of communication channels. Due to the lack of good two-way communication, employees' suggestions can't be uploaded to leaders' ears, and leaders' decision-making information can't be released accurately and timely, which leads to poor implementation of enterprise decisions.
3.3 Enterprise internal management system is not perfect.
In most small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it is normal that leaders pay insufficient attention, managers do not act and lack a systematic management communication system. The concrete manifestations are as follows: First, the communication management of enterprises has no focus. In the process of communication, there is a lack of systematic organization and leadership, and employees lack enthusiasm and are unwilling to express their inner thoughts. 4. Countermeasures for management communication problems
4. 1 Enhance management communication awareness
Enterprise managers should fundamentally realize the importance of management communication, improve the existing management mode, communicate with employees with equality of human nature, and attach importance to employees' suggestions. At the same time, create a good communication atmosphere, actively encourage employees to express their views and opinions, and let employees truly integrate into the enterprise. Managers should also constantly improve their communication skills, master communication skills, use relevant knowledge of psychology and management, improve the enthusiasm of internal communication, and constantly optimize the communication management process.
4.2 set up a special management communication organization
In order to effectively carry out internal and external communication activities, enterprises should set up special departments for management and coordination. This department should be equipped with specialized management communication talents, and regularly train its personnel. We should also have the overall ability to master the information and intelligence of the whole enterprise, organize and control all communication activities of the enterprise, and put forward suggestions for decision makers according to the integration of various information. By setting up a special management communication organization, communication efficiency is greatly improved, and unnecessary waste of resources is reduced. At the same time, powers and responsibilities are clear, rewards and punishments are clear, which plays an incentive and spur role.
4.3 Establish and improve a complete communication mechanism
The key to a sound and complete communication mechanism is to have a communication system to provide support. Enterprises should understand the problems existing in their own management communication and formulate corresponding systems for these problems. Enterprises should ensure that internal communication is no longer unilateral vertical communication in the traditional sense, but a combination of vertical and horizontal communication across the whole enterprise. Establish a multi-level communication mechanism of the trinity of employees, managers and leaders, so that the following voices can be passed down and the above decisions can be passed down. Rewards and punishments are clear, and employees are encouraged to make more suggestions and opinions, so that employees can understand that grassroots suggestions are also very important for the development of enterprises. At the same time, to strengthen the execution of the management communication system, enterprise leaders and employees should strictly abide by the system to ensure that the system is effectively implemented.
