Characteristics and basic composition of air conditioning system for new energy vehicles

The traditional fuel vehicle takes the engine as the power source, and the air-conditioning compressor, the main component of the air-conditioning system, is driven by the crankshaft through an additional belt. New energy vehicles do not use engines as the main power source, so the characteristics and basic composition of air conditioning systems will be different. The characteristics and basic components of the air conditioning system of new energy vehicles are as follows: 1 Air conditioning system The air conditioning compressor in the refrigeration system cannot be driven by the engine, but by the motor. In general, the motor and compressor are assembled into two main bodies to form a completely closed structure. This structure is flexible and convenient, and can be installed anywhere in the engine room. In addition, the motor and compressor can be driven coaxially, and there will be no belt slip and the speed of compressor and engine will not be synchronized in the traditional driving mode. This method improves the reliability and reduces the failure rate. Other components of the air conditioning system of new energy vehicles are basically the same as those of traditional vehicles, including condenser, expansion valve, evaporator and liquid storage dryer. 2 air heating air conditioning system, the traditional fuel vehicle is completed by the thermal effect of engine coolant. The new energy cancels the engine, so the coolant can't do it. This is generally done: 1. Waste heat+auxiliary PTC. The heat generated when the high-power motor works is used for heat exchange with the environment in the car. When the heat is insufficient, start the auxiliary PTC heater. 2 using PTC electric heater installed in the air duct to provide heat; 3. This is done by the heat pump integrated with the compressor. Heat is sucked into the heat pump system from the environment. The heat is compressed and heated, and the cold air in the train compartment is heated by the heat, which makes its temperature rise.
