On July/0/5, 2020, at the entrance C of Liulichang Station of Chengdu Metro Line 7, a pot-stewed shop named "Kuancai Pot-stewed" quietly opened. This shop is not big, only less than 50 square meters. There are only two tables in the shop, and the rest are all pot-stewed food stalls. When they are sold out, they are packed and left.
The decoration of the storefront is also relatively common and retro style. The main dish of this pot-stewed restaurant is rabbit legs. 7 yuan rabbit leg, 64 Jin sweet-skinned duck, red oil dervish chicken 12 yuan, rabbit head 65438 yuan, 22 yuan lemon chicken feet, 20 yuan rattan pepper chicken, 20 yuan red oil pig ears. In fact, the price is not very expensive, and it is similar to that sold by Chengdu Street Luwei Store.
After a month of low debugging, Wang Gang has just promoted videos on major platforms. After the release of the video, the search index of wide vegetables and pot-stewed food rose by more than ten times, and soon became the first snack category in the area where the store was located.
Since its opening, more than 1 10,000 people have punched in this store, and many fans in Chengdu have punched in to take photos as a souvenir. Many people used Wang Gang's fame to order tasting, and even some other food bloggers in Chengdu bought wide dishes and tasted them when they came back, thus spreading them for the second time.
There is a team working together behind this store opening. Through enterprise investigation, we found that trademarks such as "Kuancai" and "Kuancai Diary" have been applied for registration by Wang Gang.
