The composition of the automobile air conditioning system?

Automotive air conditioning system consists of a refrigeration system, heating system, air distribution/ventilation system, control system, air purification system, five subsystems.

1, refrigeration system

3, air distribution/ventilation system

Role: the fresh air from outside into the car, ventilation and air exchange.

Composition: it consists of air intake mode damper, blower, air mixing mode damper, airflow mode damper, air duct, and so on.

4, control system

Role: the air conditioning refrigeration system and heating system temperature, pressure control, and the temperature of the air inside the car, wind speed control, to meet the driver's needs for the environment inside the car.

Composition: mainly refers to the control panel and control circuit.

5, air purification system

Role: remove dust, odor and other toxic gases in the air, so that the air becomes clean, clean, and help drivers' physical and mental health.

Composition: filtration and dust removal by non-woven fabrics, dry fiber filter, metal mesh oil-impregnated filters. Electrostatic dust removal consists of coarse filter, dust electrode, charging electrode, negative ion generator, blower, activated carbon filter, and so on.
