1078 1.2 Is grain wine?
GB/T 1078 1.2 is pure grain wine, which belongs to the implementation standard of Fen-flavor liquor, and specifies the raw materials and brewing methods of liquor. Fen-flavor liquor takes grain as the main raw material and is brewed by solid-state fermentation, which belongs to pure grain liquor.
Liquor standard GBT 1078 1.2 belongs to fen-flavor liquor, that is, liquor brewed by solid state method. GB/T 1078 1.2 stipulates that the alcohol content of Fen-flavor liquor is 25%Vol~40%Vol and the height is 41%vol ~ 68% vol. It must be made from grain by traditional solid-state fermentation, distillation, aging and blending, without adding edible alcohol and non-edible alcohol. Sensory requirements are colorless or yellowish, clear and transparent, pure aroma, elegant and harmonious compound aroma with ethyl acetate as the main body, soft and harmonious taste, soft and sweet, and long aftertaste.
Grain wine refers to liquor brewed by traditional solid-state manual brewing technology with sorghum, corn, rice, glutinous rice, barley, wheat, millet, highland barley and other grains as raw materials through cooking, solid-state koji saccharification, solid-state natural fermentation, solid-state distillation and filtration. Most famous wines and excellent liquors are such liquors.
