"Point and heart" generally refers to pastry food. In the Qing Dynasty, Gu's Local Scenery has the following words: "Dim sum is called dim sum", "Dim sum has arrived after washing persimmons." After that, the snacks are steamed bread, wonton, steamed stuffed bun and so on. This name was known in the Tang Dynasty. Modern northern China is known as "official traditional dim sum", also known as "northern pastry" and "Beijing pastry". It has a long history, various categories and different tastes, and has the characteristics of heavy oil over sugar, crisp, soft and delicious, pure sweet and salty. China's food culture has a long history, and China's snacks are becoming more and more colorful and lifelike. Bags, jiaozi, cakes, balls, papers, cakes, cakes, twists, healds, and jiaozi are too numerous to mention.

"Dim Sum" also has a special etiquette behavior between relatives and friends.
