CCTV set of non-heritage in China program

China in Non-heritage is a cultural program jointly presented by CCTV and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The program opens up non-legacy in a new way through innovative show performances of non-legacy, immersive experience, restoration of stunts, etc., and presents non-legacy's innovative achievements, historical heritage, China's wisdom, and oriental aesthetics in a multi-dimensional way. The program shows the renewed power of non-legacy in the new era, and presents the lineage and continuity of non-legacy in the flow of time.

China in the Nonheritage and China Opera and Dance Theatre jointly produced the first season of 11 innovative performances of nonheritage, in a dance and a song to explain the aesthetics of oriental life contained in nonheritage, together with immersive experience of nonheritage on the ground of China's extraordinary skills, to feel the intangible cultural heritage of the revitalization of the blossoming. The program premiered on December 30, 2022 at 20:00 on CCTV Comprehensive Channel.

Program Format:

"China in the Intangible Cultural Heritage" covers ten categories of intangible cultural heritage projects, and with the concept of "see the people, see the things, see the life", it brings us closer to the intangible cultural heritage, and fully demonstrates the historical heritage, craftsmanship, oriental aesthetics, national flavor, and Chinese wisdom of Chinese culture, and shows the role of intangible cultural heritage in the development of China. The program will bring you closer to the non-heritage, fully demonstrating the historical heritage of Chinese culture, the spirit of craftsmanship, oriental aesthetics, national flavor and Chinese wisdom, and showing that the non-heritage is bursting with vitality in the new era.

The program focuses on the innovative application of NRLs and shows the face of China in the new era through the inheritance and innovation of NRLs, and also pays tribute to the historical genes and living inheritance of NRLs, and tells the story of NRLs' craftsmanship.
