1. Familiar with the basic theory of cardiovascular surgery, including anatomy, physiology, pathology, pathophysiology, diagnostics, histology and embryology.
2. Master the professional knowledge of imaging diagnostics (including echocardiography, CT, MRI, isotope and angiocardiography), electrocardiogram, other auxiliary examination knowledge, postoperative intensive care and treatment.
(2) Relevant professional knowledge
1. Master the basic theory and related knowledge of general surgery and other surgical specialties. Master the technical knowledge of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, especially the indications and contraindications;
2. Familiar with cardiovascular medicine, thoracic surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics, pharmacology and other related knowledge.
3. Understand the related knowledge of respiratory science, neuroscience, urology, hematology and organ transplantation immunology; Understand the discipline theories closely related to this major, such as physiology, genetics, molecular biology, etc.
Second, the new progress of the discipline
Master the present situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, and constantly absorb new theories, new knowledge and new technologies; At the same time, I am familiar with the progress of auxiliary circulation, artificial organs, organ transplantation, regenerative medicine, minimally invasive surgery, interventional therapy and other fields related to cardiovascular diseases, and apply them to medical practice and scientific research.
Third, professional practice ability.
1. Familiar with the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, surgical indications and contraindications of common and frequently-occurring diseases in cardiovascular surgery; Master the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and complex congenital heart disease in aortic surgery. Mastering some rare diseases in this major and some diseases involving other disciplines should be able to diagnose, differentiate and treat.
