How to practice vest line for middle school students

Middle school students can refer to the following five steps to practice vest line:

1, magic chair type:

Stand in the mountain style, with your feet width apart from your hips, inhale and lift your arms, stretch your waist on both sides, exhale, bend your hips and knees, lift your hips backward and downward, lift your abdomen downward away from your thighs and shoulders, and keep breathing for 5-8 times.

2. Side angle type:

Stand with your feet apart, with your left foot to the left, your right foot forward, inhale and stretch, exhale and bend your left knee, abduct and bend, raise your left hand on the inside of your left knee and right arm, turn your head and hold your head for 5-8 breaths, and practice on the other side.

3. Inclined plate:

Lie prone, put your hands on your chest and breathe in, raise your head, put your feet on your toes and exhale, hold your hands on the ground, keep your body in a straight line from the ground, raise your thighs and abdomen, and keep breathing for 5-8 times.

4. Side-plate: Starting from the inclined plate, exhale and turn your body to the left, hold your hips with your left hand, put your left foot on your right foot, inhale and lift your left hand, lift your side waist and exhale, turn your head and look up, relax your shoulders and keep breathing for 5-8 times, and practice on the opposite side.

5、? Flat support: prone, elbows on the ground, palms up, heels backward, trunk off the ground, body in a straight line, abdomen in, eyes forward, keep breathing for 5-8 times.
