Introduction to hospitality of official reception

1, choice of accommodation

Choosing a suitable accommodation for guests is one of the important measures to treat guests politely. The material basis of choosing accommodation place is the basic condition of reception place. For international guests and officials, it is generally necessary for the reception unit at the central level to choose according to international practice; For domestic and local guests, we should proceed from reality and choose the accommodation place based on the principle of economy, so as to be clean, practical and convenient.

In addition, the choice of accommodation should consider whether there are traffic, environment, hygiene, diet, temperature, orientation and other factors, but also consider whether the guests have special religious beliefs or living habits. After the reception, we should arrange the guests to their accommodation. If you are a guest at the meeting, you must take the guest to the newspaper office and ask the guest to go through the necessary formalities to report. When arranging accommodation, if there are multiple guests, if they need to live in a double room together, they should be free to combine.

The receptionist should send the guests directly into the room. If there are a few guests, after check-in, the person in charge of reception should write down the telephone number in the room, report it to the leader together with the room number, and inform the relevant departments of the arrival and check-in of the guests.

Step 2 arrange a visit

After the guests check in, the relevant departments should visit them at any time immediately after a short rest. The time from the guest's stay to the host's visit should not be too long, which will be impolite; Not too short, too short, maybe the guests haven't had time to put down their luggage, and some female guests have to change clothes, travel clothes, put on clothes suitable for receiving guests or wash their faces and make up lightly. It is more appropriate to visit guests within two hours of their stay. In this regard, we should also inform the guests in advance so as to be prepared.

The hospitality of China traditional culture

1 If there is a visitor, clean up your home and dress neatly. Don't go out at will (especially in summer) and wait for the guest.

When the guests come, they should take the initiative to welcome them out and hand over to them outside the door. The host holds out his right hand to invite them in. Guests can only enter after a slight bow of thanks. The host led the guests ahead and followed them. Guests should put their shoes away and go into battle lightly when they leave, so as not to disturb other family members. The host will invite them to the table and they can sit by themselves. The host will wait for the guests to sit down before getting up. Only when the guests stand up first can the host stand up.

If there are guests inside, everyone should stand up and the host should introduce them one by one. They should greet each other before sitting down. Supposedly, late guests should sit down after everyone has sat down.

The host should take the initiative to hand the tea and water in person, and the guests took it with both hands and nodded. Serve the old first, then the small, the life first and then the familiar.

If only two people are talking face to face, when a guest comes in, stand up and silently give up your seat. Newcomers can only sit by themselves when they sit down. Don't interrupt yourself. Only when they are invited can they join the conversation.

When handing over items, you should hold them tightly with both hands and present them (in ancient times, one hand was "two hands for", "for the elders and superiors" and "for the subordinates of the younger generation"), and you can't refuse.

If you can respect the teacher, you must salute and say hello after getting started, and take the initiative to sit in the guest seat.

On holidays, relatives and friends should visit each other and give each other gifts. Every household has to walk to see it off. Younger students take the initiative to go to their elders' homes to pay New Year greetings. When they meet people on the road, they should perform ancient rituals, such as bowing.
