What was the name of the ancient wedding?

In ancient times, the wedding room was called "Lu Qing", not "bridal chamber".

From the Eastern Han Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty, the ancients held weddings in tents made of green cloth. "Lu Qing" is generally located in the "auspicious place" in the southwest corner of the house. The bride who got off the sedan chair walked on a specially prepared mat and finally entered Lu Qing. Sima Xiangru's "Changmen Fu": "Hang the bright moon and look at yourself, and stay in the bridal chamber at night."

In the Northern Zhou Dynasty, Yu Xin's "Dancing in the Three Rivers" made the bridal chamber hold hands with the "flowers and candles", and "the flowers and candles in the bridal chamber are bright, and the rest are dancing lightly". But the "bridal chamber" here is still not about the wedding night.

Because the Tang literati often used the word "bridal chamber" to refer to the place where men and women fell in love, after a long time, people used the word "bridal chamber" to refer to the bedroom where the wedding was held.
