Home Banana Cake

Ingredients: 5 eggs, 80g low-flour, 1 banana, 60g corn oil, 50g granulated sugar, 1g salt, 3 drops white vinegar, 60g yogurt.

1, 1 whole egg plus 4 egg yolks beaten into the bowl.

2: Heat corn oil to a light boil.

3. Turn off the heat and immediately sift in the low-flour and quickly mix well.

5. Beat 4 egg whites with salt and white vinegar until fish-eye foam, then add granulated sugar in 3 batches.

7. Add the batter to the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

8: Add 1/3 of the egg white to the batter and mix well.

9: Pour the batter into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites and mix well.

10: Pour the cake batter into a non-stick baking pan and shake it from side to side to even out the surface. Shake a few more times to remove large air bubbles. Arrange banana slices on top.

11: Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, place the baking sheet in the lower middle shelf, and bake for 30 minutes over medium-high and low heat.
