The graphics card does not support traditional startup.

You can change the settings in the BIOS of the motherboard, and the boot mode can be changed from uefi to legacy. Some BIOS named "Enable csm Compatibility Mode" can achieve the same effect.

So don't worry about the problem that the old graphics card doesn't support uefi. The big deal is to let the motherboard boss enter the BIOS to help you change this thing before sending it, or borrow a new graphics card to change the BIOS and install the old graphics card himself.
