At present, the basic pretreatment process is degreasing-phosphating (or zirconium)-electrophoresis.

Simply put, it is to rinse with hot water, apply degreasing liquid (similar to soapy water and detergent), then rinse to remove the grease on the surface of steel plate, then enter phosphating or zirconium bath to form a film on the surface, and then enter electrophoresis bath to apply electrophoretic paint.
