2. System functions
The system can monitor 2 UPS, 2 battery cabinets, 1 ordinary power distribution cabinet, 1 intelligent power distribution cabinet, 1 ordinary air conditioner and 1 precision air conditioning, and can also monitor the environmental temperature and humidity, smoke detection, water leakage detection and access control detection of the computer room. Various functions can be selected or changed according to the requirements of the computer room.
3. System Topology Diagram:
The system is divided into five modules, namely: UPS monitoring module, battery monitoring module, power distribution cabinet monitoring module, air conditioning monitoring module and environmental monitoring module. Each module can run independently with background software, and can also be combined according to the requirements of the computer room. In the UPS monitoring module, information such as UPS operation status, input voltage, output voltage, temperature and so on can be monitored, and the monitoring host equipment corresponds to UPS one by one.
In the battery monitoring module, the voltage, current and cell voltage of the battery pack can be realized. According to the topology diagram, the monitoring of battery charging and discharging information can be carried out on a single battery, the whole battery can also be detected, and the two can be combined into a battery cabinet for monitoring. In the power distribution cabinet monitoring module, it can be divided into ordinary power distribution cabinet monitoring and intelligent power distribution cabinet monitoring, both of which can monitor the voltage and current data of the power distribution cabinet. If it is necessary to monitor the switch of the distribution cabinet, it can be achieved by adding corresponding equipment. In the air conditioning monitoring module, it is divided into ordinary air conditioning monitoring and precision air conditioning monitoring. For ordinary air conditioners, information such as temperature, humidity and switch state control can be monitored; For precision air conditioning, information such as return air temperature, return air humidity, compressor alarm and humidifier alarm can be monitored. In the environmental monitoring module, you can monitor the environmental temperature and humidity, water leakage detection, smoke detection, access control status and acousto-optic alarm linkage control, which can be selected according to customer needs.
4. Functions of each module:
UPS monitoring module
The serial port of UPS is connected to the RS232 interface of the power environment integrated network monitor through RS232 communication line, and then the Ethernet port of the power environment integrated network monitor is connected to the network switch through the network cable, so that the data of UPS operation state can be collected.
Connect the serial port of UPS to the device interface of NetmateII through RS232 communication line, and then connect the network port of NetmateII to the network switch through the network cable, so as to realize the data acquisition of UPS operation state.
Battery monitoring module
Connect the electrified cable of the battery cabinet to the battery power monitor through the current sensor, to the battery power network monitoring adapter through the RS232 communication line, and then to the network switch through the network cable. The detection of battery cell voltage, total battery voltage, battery charging and discharging current, battery cabinet environment temperature and other information is realized.
Environmental monitoring module
The water leakage sensor is connected to the switch end of the power environment integrated network monitoring host through a data transmission line, and then connected to the Ethernet port and network switch of the power environment integrated network monitoring host through a network cable. The status of the water leakage sensor will be displayed in the background software, and when there is water leakage, the software will automatically alarm. Connect the GSM short message alarm module to the serial port of the computer through RS232 communication line, and set the GSM short message alarm module to realize the short message alarm.
