What is management accounting?

Management accounting is a branch of enterprise accounting separated from traditional accounting and juxtaposed with financial accounting, focusing on improving enterprise management and improving enterprise economic benefits.

Job responsibilities of management accounting

1. Participate in the establishment of departmental expense budget and final accounts system, decompose the budget indicators into work centers, and regularly compare and analyze the differences between the budget indicators and the actual amount.

2. Draft various financial rules and regulations within the Group, establish and improve various financial rules and regulations, and supervise their implementation.

3. Be responsible for the consolidation of internal accounting statements of departments and groups, and conduct regular financial analysis.
