The Difference Between Ground and Side Cookers
The main difference between ground pot and side pot is the cooking method and the region.
1. Cooking method: Ji-nabe dishes are pasted around an iron pot, with a fire underneath, and are mostly cooked by stewing, steaming or broiling. Side pot dishes, on the other hand, are fried in a frying pan with the ingredients, and then mixed with the fried sauce to eat.
