How to make cold preserved beef
Cold mixed preserved beef, is one of the essential cold dishes at the New Year's Eve dinner, which is spicy and mellow, fresh and flavorful. Let's learn how to make cold preserved beef.
Main Ingredients
250g of preserved beef 25g of cooked peanuts
80g of celery 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of chili oil 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon of MSG 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorns
1/2 green onion 3-5 red chili peppers
Steps
1. celery cleaned, boiled to break the raw, drained and spare
2. scallions cut flowers, cooked peanuts crushed, red pepper cut into small segments
3. preserved beef slices (please ignore my clumsy knife skills (^_-))
4 . Soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, pepper powder, MSG, mix well to make the sauce
5. celery on the plate, then arranged on the beef slices, sprinkle green onion, peanuts, drizzle with sauce. Toss to coat and serve
Tips You can leave out the celery and add some cilantro if you like.
