Is Barack Hussein Obama of Arab descent?

Obama Sr. (referring to Obama's biological father) is 12.5% African-American, mostly Arab. This means that little Obama is only 6.25% African, 43.75% Arab and 50% white (from his biological mother). That is to say, according to federal law, the president who calls himself "the first black man" is actually an Arab-American. In the United States, the law stipulates that you must have at least 12.5% blood to identify you as belonging to a certain race.
