What is the difference between HR in the Internet industry and HR in the traditional industry

Human Resource (Human Resource , abbreviated as HR), has three levels of meaning. It refers to the sum of the population of a country or region that is of working age, under working age and over working age but with the ability to work. It is also expressed as the population of a country or region after subtracting those who are incapable of working from the total population of the country or region.
