Overview:

Xinlucun Community Park is located in a new rural resettlement community on the southeast side of Xindian Road, which is relatively remote. There is a subway 1 line terminal at Shuangtang Station, which is convenient for travel. The residents' structure is evenly distributed, and the community park is in the inner part of the community, which is more popular with the community residents. There are green spaces such as Zhugongtang and Spanish Experience Park nearby, as well as residential areas such as Yubang and Shaofeng Xingyuan. The community park is introverted in the resettlement community of Xinlu Village, so it is not closely related to the external environment of the community.

Xinlu Community Park is a square community park, and there is a community news on the opposite side of the unfinished community park road. Kuaishe Park is a community park with relatively complete facilities and belongs to modern design style. However, due to the late construction time, the shade of trees has not yet opened, and the crowns of many selected trees are relatively small. Community parks are sunny in summer, and the whole community and society are round. Affect the use of social parks in summer. The community park is in the initial stage of maintenance, so the lawn is uneven and full of weeds, but it is deeply loved by children and often plays on the lawn.

The interior space of Xinlu Community Park is simple and clear. It belongs to modern style, the square is the node, and the roads are scattered in the garden. The space types of Xinlu Village Community Park are road space, building space, sports and fitness space, Little Square space, lawn space and other sporadic spaces, while the inactive space has vegetation space. The proportion of various spaces in the area of community park is: road space 9.5%, building space 2.7%, Little Square 12.7%, other scattered space 4.2%, lawn space 13.7% and green space 57.2%.

Planning goal: effectively increase urban green space to meet the needs of residents in Xinlu Village for leisure, appreciation, entertainment and fitness.

Transportation system: There are entrances and exits in the four directions of southeast and northwest, with convenient transportation.

Landscape form: there are collections and releases, and there are opening and closing, which is conducive to the distribution of community residents. The composition is mainly arc, and the square is designed in circular form, which reflects the inclusive atmosphere of the community. The tangent arc is used to organize the traffic streamline, so that the plane composition is full.

Methodology and method analysis of park planning and design;

The park is designed according to the site and environmental background. The main users of the park are residents of the nearby new rural resettlement community. Villagers like the noisy and harmonious atmosphere between neighbors, so they need a venue to meet their needs. Because the park is in the center of the community and surrounded by residents, there are entrances and exits in all four directions, which are basically set according to the walking shortcut line. Traffic trails are connected in a circle, which is convenient for residents to take a walk in the park and enjoy the scenery. According to the previous satellite image, the residential area was a temporary shack when it was completed, so it is speculated that the original terrain was flat (or artificially flat during construction), so the plane composition and traffic streamline were considered more in the design.

However, due to the scarcity of activity facilities in community parks, people's main activities still stay in squares and other sporadic spaces, and carry out spontaneous activities, such as square dancing and roller skating.
