How to make patterned steamed bread?
1. Peel pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam, and mash. After heating, knead into a smooth dough with flour, yeast and sugar.
2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to ferment to twice its size. Dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough, so that the fermentation will not shrink or collapse, and then vent the dough.
3. After exhausting, rub it into long strips, divide it into several small doses, flatten it and round it, take five pieces and arrange them one by one.
4. Then use chopsticks to press it in the middle, then roll it up from one end, then cut the dough roll along the indentation, and the cut surface faces down to become two roses.
5. Drain the water in the steamer, put the rose roll into the pot, cover it and ferment for about 20 minutes.
6. After the hair is cooked, steam it on high fire, turn to medium heat 15 minutes, then steam it for five minutes without opening the lid, and then take it out.
