What are the fermented foods?
1, yogurt
Yogurt is a sweet and sour milk drink. It is a dairy product which takes milk as raw material, adds beneficial bacteria (starter) to pasteurized milk, ferments, and then cools and fills. Yogurt products on the market are mostly solidified, stirred and fruity, with various juices and jams.
2. Cheese
Cheese, like yogurt, belongs to fermented dairy products. Compared with yogurt and fresh milk, cheese has higher nutritional density.

Bread is a kind of convenient food with flour as the main raw material and processed by fermentation and other processes. It is fermented by yeast to produce gas, forming a porous sponge honeycomb.
4. vinegar
Vinegar is made of sorghum, wheat and other grains containing starch and sugar as the main raw materials, through microbial koji making, saccharification, alcohol fermentation, acetic acid fermentation and other stages.
5. Sufu
The surface of red sufu is naturally red, and the section is yellow and white. It has mellow taste and unique flavor. Besides being eaten with meals, it is often used as a cooking condiment.
