How to make beef vermicelli?
Seasoning: Chili (red, sharp and dried) 5g onion 10g starch 10g vegetable oil 75g monosodium glutamate 1g soy sauce 10g sugar 5g vinegar 5g Chili sauce 20g each.
The practice of beef vermicelli:
1. Chop pepper and onion.
