How to calculate the size of aluminum alloy doors and windows

1, the original aluminum alloy doors and windows were demolished when the aluminum alloy doors and windows were measured.

When the original aluminum alloy doors and windows have been removed, before the measurement, check whether all the holes in the aluminum alloy doors and windows have been removed, and whether the original brick surface is exposed after the plaster layer on each side is removed. There should be no ash layer and foreign matter on the side of the removed hole that will affect the measurement and installation.

For the measurement of the hole window of the plane wall, the uppermost and lowermost width (the distance between the upper beam surface and the lower brick surface) and the leftmost and rightmost height (the distance between the left and right brick surfaces) of the hole are measured respectively. When the width or height of the hole exceeds 1800mm, select multiple points in these two directions according to the width or height, and measure the width or height corresponding to their positions respectively.

The minimum value of the width and height in the above measurement results is taken as the width and height of the hole. See the figure below:

2. Measurement of aluminum alloy doors and windows of conventional balcony

A conventional balcony refers to a balcony with a 90-degree angle. The balcony window is measured based on the center of the window frame on the top width of the balcony railing, that is, the inner and outer margins of the window frame are the same.

For balcony windows with corners, if the side windows are conventional windows, the heights of the front and rear windows are equal; If the side window is a special-shaped window (with unequal heights on both sides), the corner height of the side window is equal to that of the front window. See the figure below:

3. Measurement of aluminum alloy doors and windows of single-angle balcony

Measurement of front window width: Measure the distance between the corner of balcony railing top surface and the brick surface in front of the hole, and record it as W inside (W outside).

Side window width measurement: measure the distance from the inside (outside) angle of the balcony railing top surface to the brick surface in front of the hole edge, and record it as inside (outside) the W edge.

Height measurement of front window: measure the distance between the front part of the balcony railing top and the wall surface and the distance between the upper beam and the upper beam at the corner, and take points in the middle as appropriate according to the width of the front part, and measure the heights of the corresponding parts respectively, and take the minimum value of the measurement results as the size of the hole of the front window height. See the figure below:

4. Measurement of aluminum alloy doors and windows of double-angle balcony

Measurement of front window width: measure the distance between the two corners on the inside (outside) side of the top surface of balcony railing, and record it as W inside (W outside).

Width measurement of side window: measure the distance between the front brick faces on the side of the hole at the inner (outer) corner of the top surface of balcony railing, and record it as W-side inner (W-side outer).

Height measurement of front window: Measure the distance between the two corners of the top surface of balcony railing and the upper beam slab, take points in the middle as appropriate according to the width of the front part, measure the heights of corresponding parts respectively, and take the minimum value of the measurement results as the size of the hole of the height of the front window.

Side window height measurement: measure the distance between the top side of balcony railing and the connecting part of wall and the upper beam slab, and compare the measurement result with the front window height measured above. If the difference is greater than 20mm, the side window should be regarded as irregular, that is, the height of both sides is not equal, but it is a conventional window with the same height on both sides.

Balcony railing width measurement: measure the distance between the inner and outer walls on the top surface of balcony railing. See the figure below:

5. Measurement of special-shaped aluminum alloy doors and windows

Measurement of semi-circular aluminum alloy doors and windows: measure the diameter or radius of the semi-circular hole and the vertical distance from the farthest point of the arc to the identifiable positioning line.

Measurement of circular aluminum alloy doors and windows: measure the diameter or radius of circular holes.

Measurement of arc aluminum alloy doors and windows: measure the vertical distance from at least three special points (identifiable positioning points) on arc holes to identifiable positioning lines.

Measurement of straight-edge aluminum alloy doors and windows (all sides are in the form of straight lines): measure the vertical distance from the inflection points of each side on the hole to the identifiable positioning line, or adopt the method of mixing length (or width) and angle, but the listed data should be detailed to ensure its dimensional uniqueness.

For the edge of the hole is inclined (that is, the two sides of the hole are not parallel), we should ask the user about the depth in the hole when installing aluminum alloy doors and windows, and measure the size of the corresponding installation parts.

The hole template can be made according to the actual situation or needs for the measurement of complex special-shaped holes. See the figure below:
