Why is Tangshan Laoting called "the Capital of Traditional Culture"?

I think the reason why Laoting in Tangshan is called the capital of traditional culture is because Laoting people inherit and carry forward many excellent traditional cultures.

For example, the shadow play in Laoting, the drum in Laoting and the Yangko in Laoting are all excellent traditional cultures in China, and the shadow play in Laoting drum has also been listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.
