Chapter I General Chapter

Article 1 China Report Management Association (English translation ChinaReportManagementAssociation abbreviation: CTA).

Article 2 The Association is a national folk cultural organization formed by the voluntary combination of experts, scholars and practical culture and art workers who are interested in China's cultural undertakings. It aims to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, to expand international cultural exchanges and cooperation, to promote the modernization and internationalization of Chinese culture, and to contribute to the vigorous development of China's cultural undertakings.

Article 3 The association abides by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, relevant laws and regulations and various national policies, abides by social morals, carries out various forms of academic activities in an orderly manner, raises the level of culture and art in our country, displays the treasures of traditional Chinese culture to people at home and abroad, enhances the world's understanding and knowledge of Chinese culture, and serves the cause of strengthening the friendship among the people of the world and the peace of mankind. Article 4 The Association shall liaise, coordinate and serve the members and provide business guidance in the activities of the Association.

Article 5 The Association accepts the operational guidance and supervision and management from the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China and the Civil Organizations Administration of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. The permanent seat of the Association is located in Beijing.

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 12

Article XII establishes contacts with domestic and foreign groups and institutions of higher learning related to culture and academics, conducts international cultural exchanges and cooperation under the approval of the department in charge of the business, organizes study tours for professionals; organizes art exchanges and exhibitions of domestic and foreign artists; invites scholars from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to the mainland and foreign scholars to China to give lectures or to participate in academic conferences and cultural activities;

Article XIII organizes, forums, and cultural events to assist local governments and cultural departments in publicizing local history and culture. Article 13 organizes, forums, cultural, photography and other artistic disciplines of the exhibition.

Article XIV organizes a series of activities such as field trips for professionals in the field; cooperation and exchanges with domestic and foreign industry players.

Chapter III Membership

Article 15 The members of the Association shall be organizations, and individual members shall not be accepted.

Article XVI of the Society's "Constitution", voluntarily accept the supervision of the Society, the preparation of legal copywriting reports, various types of small and medium-sized units, can apply to the Society, approved by the Council, that is, the Society's group members.

Article XVII who abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China *** and the laws and regulations of the State, uphold the Constitution of the Association, fulfill the obligations of members, with one of the following conditions, may apply for membership in the Association:

(a) in the Chinese traditional culture and art theory and research on the person with a certain degree of establishment;

(b) in the field of traditional Chinese culture, artistic creation and performance with a certain degree of influence;

(c) in the field of traditional Chinese culture, art and performance with a (ii) Those who have certain influence in the field of Chinese traditional culture in terms of artistic creation and performance;

Article 18 The procedures for membership are:

(1) Submission of an application for membership (with a resume, two bareheaded photographs, and a description of the results of research and creation);

(2) examination and discussion by the Board of Directors and approval by the President of the Association;

(3) payment of membership fees.

(iv) The Council or the body authorized by the Council to issue membership certificates.

(v) Personal data are deposited in the Society's Cultural Talent Resource File.

Article 19 Members enjoy the following rights:

(1) the right to vote, the right to stand for election and the right to vote;

(2) priority to participate in the activities organized by the Society;

(3) priority to obtain the services of the Society (such as the promotion of the Society's journals to introduce the works and research results, large-scale call for entries to the prize awarding activities notified by special letter, invited to participate in the cultural salons, recommend works of art and art collectors and well-known enterprises. (d) Priority to enjoy the Society's journals, academic materials, as well as enterprise-sponsored artifacts, cultural collections and souvenirs, etc..

(f) voluntary membership, free to withdraw.

Article 20 Members shall fulfill the following obligations

(1) to implement the resolutions of the Association;

(2) to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the Association;

(3) to complete the work entrusted by the Association;

(4) to pay the membership fee in accordance with the provisions of the Association;

(5) to reflect the situation to the Association, and to provide relevant information.

Article 21 Members shall notify the Association in writing of their resignation and return their membership cards. If a member does not pay the dues or participate in the activities of the Association for 1 year, he/she is regarded as automatically withdrawing from the Association.

Article 22 If a member commits a serious violation of the bylaws, the member's membership shall be canceled by a vote of the Board of Directors or the Executive Council.

Chapter IV Organization

Article 23 The organization principle of the Association is democratic centralism. The highest authority of the Association is the Members' Congress. The association's democratic consultation, elected to produce the organizational leadership. The congress elects the council. The council elects a chairman and vice-chairman. Members of the General Assembly, the Council is responsible for the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly.

Article 24 The Association shall have a secretary-general, deputy secretary-general of a number of people, responsible for dealing with the day-to-day business of the Association. The Association may establish necessary working organizations as required.

Article 25 The general meeting of the members shall be convened once every five years and may be advanced or postponed if necessary. The Council is held from time to time and is convened by the Secretariat.

Article 26 The Association shall have honorary presidents, honorary presidents, advisers and other honorary positions as needed. By the Secretariat to hire honorary advisers.

Chapter V Funding

Article 27 The sources of funding of the Association:

(1) Membership dues;

(2) Social and individual donations;

(3) Government funding;

(4) Revenue from the activities or services within the approved scope of business.

(Article 28 The Association collects membership dues in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 29 The salaries, insurance and benefits of the full-time staff of the Association shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State for institutions.

Chapter VI Bylaws

Article 30 The Articles of Association were voted on and adopted on June 9, 2000 by the General Meeting of Members.

Article 31 The power of interpretation of these Articles of Association shall be vested in the Council of the Association, and any amendment to these Articles of Association shall be reported to the General Meeting (or the General Meeting of the Members) for consideration after being voted by the Council.
