How to store sweet potatoes without spoilage in winter?

2, indoor preservation. You can put the sweet potato in a sealed balcony, find a wooden box or carton, put some boards in the corner, put some dry straw at the bottom of the box, put the sweet potato in, and spread something to keep warm when the temperature is lower than 15 degrees Celsius. When the weather is fine and the temperature is high, open the box and put it in a cool place with ventilation, which can be kept for a long time.

3. Keep fresh in the fresh-keeping warehouse. The most scientific way to keep fresh is the fresh-keeping warehouse, which can manually control the humidity and temperature of the environment. Therefore, if the quantity of sweet potato is large, a fresh-keeping warehouse can be built, and the temperature is kept at 12 to 14 degrees Celsius and the humidity is about 90%, which is the most suitable temperature for sweet potato.
