How to use EXCEL PivotTable? .
1. Double-click the left mouse button to open the form to be set.
2. Click the Insert tab at the top of the table.
3. Click the PivotTable icon under the Insert tab.
4. Select the table range to be used in the "Table/Region" column that pops up.
5. Select "Existing Sheet" under "Select the location to place the PivotTable report" so that the PivotTable report is located in the table.
6. Click an empty row under "Existing Worksheet" and select the location where you want to put the PivotTable report, as shown in F2.
7. Click OK in the lower right corner of the Create PivotTable page.
8. The PivotTable field list will appear on the right side of the table. Click and select the product category code under the field you want to add to the report, and drag it to the blank box under the column label at the bottom of the page.
9. Click "Product Model" under "Select Fields to Add to Report" and drag it to the blank box under "Line Label" at the bottom of the page.
10. Click "Total Sales in the First and Second Quarters" under "Select Fields to Add to the Report" and drag it to the blank box under "Numerical Value" at the bottom of the page.
1 1. Click the "x" in the upper right corner of the page to close the PivotTable field list page.
12. A PivotTable will appear as shown in the figure, and the PivotTable will be set.
