Method one,

1. Press the R key while holding down the Microsoft logo key on the keyboard, and the Run interface will pop up. Enter "msconfig" and click OK;

2. After entering the System Configuration interface, select the Start tab, uncheck the box in front of the software that does not need to be started, and then click OK;
