News needs to be applied to the press office of the local provincial people's government, publishing needs to be applied to the local provincial press and publication bureau, education needs to be applied to the local provincial education department, drugs and medical devices need to be applied to the local provincial food and drug administration, and medical needs need to be applied to the local provincial health department.
