How to make spicy shredded pork?

Exercise 1

1. Wash the lean pork and cut it into thin slices, then cut it into filaments, add egg white and 25g starch and grab it evenly;

2. Slice Flos Magnoliae, shred dried Chili, wash coriander and cut into sections;

3. Mix cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, refined salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, pepper, chicken soup100g, and starch10g into sauce;
