The chanting before and after Japanese worship;
Singing before Japanese worship: TVAM
Sun, you are like the lid of a container. Your golden light paves the way to truth. Open your lid and lead us to the truth!
You can also just sing: Om, Surya Namaha!
Surya means "sun",
Namaha stands for "salute"
The whole set of 12 movement is a tribute to the sun god, thanking him for giving us energy and removing unclean ingredients from our bodies.
You can also sing Shanti three times after the Japanese worship.
In Sanskrit, "Shanti" means "peace and tranquility".
Shanti's three chants are prayers for peace and tranquility in the mineral world, the plant world and the animal world.
Yoga is to let us achieve inner peace and tranquility, so as to achieve peace and tranquility in the external world.

Breathing completion pose:
1, stand up, but relax, put your feet together, put your palms together on your chest and breathe normally.
2. Keep your feet flat on the ground. When you hold your arms high above your head (when you raise your arms, your forefinger touches and your palm is forward), take a deep breath slowly and bend your upper body backwards from your waist. In doing so, both legs and arms are straight; The upper body bends backwards, which helps to increase the curvature of the spine.
3. While exhaling, slowly bend forward and touch the floor with your palm or fingers (don't bend your knees). Try to keep your head close to your knees and don't feel too tired.
4. When your palm and right foot are stably placed on the floor, inhale slowly and extend your left foot backwards. At the same time, slowly bow your head backwards, your chest protrudes forward and your back arches.
5. While exhaling slowly, move your right foot backwards, put your feet together and lift your hips up. Press the heel as far as possible to the ground and straighten your arms and legs. Your body should look like a bridge.
6. While inhaling, move your hips forward slightly until your arms are perpendicular to the ground.
7. Then hold your breath, bend your elbows, land on your knees, lower your chest toward the floor, keep your chest slightly higher than the ground, exhale slowly, and move your chest forward at the same time.
8. Up to your abdomen, your two thighs touch the ground. Inhale, at the same time slowly straighten your arms and lift your upper body up from your waist. Your back should be arched, and your head should lean back like cobra pose.
9. Exhale and lift your hips into the air.
10, inhale, bend your left leg a big step forward, and your left toe is parallel to your fingertips. Raise your head, stand upright with your chest forward, and your spine is arched.
1 1. While putting your palm on the floor, exhale slowly, with your right foot and left foot close together, legs straight, and try to keep your head close to your knees.
12, inhale, straighten your arms and slowly lift them, while slowly lifting your body, bending your arms and leaning back.
13. While exhaling, retract your arms, put your hands together on your chest, and return to the starting position.
