Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1, the name of the Association: China Association Of Flower Arrangement Art
(English name: China Association Of Flower Arrangement Art
Abbreviation: CAFAA)
Article 2, the nature of the Association: in order to inherit and develop the fine traditions of Chinese flower arrangement art, learn and absorb the beneficial experience of domestic and foreign flower arrangement art, in order to create Chinese national characteristics, the revitalization of the cause of Chinese flower arrangement art. In order to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of Chinese Flower Arrangement Art, to learn and absorb the useful experience of Flower Arrangement Art at home and abroad, to create Chinese Flower Arrangement Art with Chinese national characteristics, rich in the sense of the times, to revitalize the cause of Chinese Flower Arrangement Art, and to promote the construction of the two civilizations, the scientific research of China's Flower Arrangement Art sector, the production and management of the unit, the Flower Arrangement Artists and enthusiasts voluntarily unite to become a national nonprofit academic organization.
Article 3, the purpose of the Association: to comply with the Constitution of the People's Republic of China **** and the State, laws, regulations and national policies, and abide by social ethics.
Article 4, the Society accepts the business department in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the business guidance and supervision and management of the community registration authority. It abides by the Interim Measures for the Management of Associations of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 5, the Association's residence: Beijing Forestry University, College of Horticulture (Haidian District, Beijing, Xiaozhuang Zip Code 100083)
Chapter II Scope of Business
The Association's business scope:
(a) Research on the history of the Chinese floral art, the theory and the direction of development.
(ii) To popularize the knowledge and skills of flower arrangement and floral art, and to organize various types of lectures and trainings on flower arrangement and floral art as well as various exhibitions to improve the level of flower arrangement and floral art.
(3) To carry out academic exchanges on flower arrangement and to continuously learn new knowledge and techniques at home and abroad.
(4) To coordinate and promote the scientific research, production and application of Ikebana.
(v) To edit and publish books and magazines on flower arrangement and floral art in a planned manner.
(6) To actively participate in international flower arrangement and floral art activities, and to promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and art.
(7) To undertake other tasks entrusted by the government and competent departments.
Chapter III Membership
Article I. The membership of the Association shall be divided into two categories: group membership and individual membership.
Article 2: Members applying for membership in the Association must have the following conditions:
(1) uphold the Constitution of the Association.
(2) Have the will to join the Association.
(iii) have a certain influence in the business (industry, discipline) field of the Association.
Article 3: Procedures for Membership:
(1) Submission of application for membership.
(2) Discussed and approved by the Council.
(3) Issuance of membership certificates by the Board of Governors or a body authorized by the Board of Governors.
Article 4: Members shall enjoy the following rights:
(1) The right to elect, to be elected and to vote in the Association.
(2) To participate in the activities of the Association.
(iii) The right to receive priority of service from the Association.
(d) The right to criticize and supervise the work of the Association.
(E) Freedom to join and withdraw from the Association.
Article 5: Members shall fulfill the following obligations
(1) To implement the resolutions of the Association.
(2) To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association.
(3) To complete the work assigned by the Association.
(d) Payment of dues in accordance with the regulations.
(e) Reflect the situation to the Association and provide relevant information.
Article 6: Members shall notify the Association in writing of their resignation and return their membership certificates. If a member does not pay dues for one year or does not participate in the activities of the Association, he/she shall be regarded as automatically withdrawing from the Association.
Article 7: If a member commits a serious violation of the Association's constitution, he/she shall be removed from the Association by a vote of the Board of Directors or the Executive Council.
Chapter IV: Organizational structure and the person in charge of the generation, removal
Article 1: The supreme authority of the Association is the general meeting (or the general meeting of members), and the authority of the general meeting (or the general meeting of members) is:
(1) To formulate and amend the constitution.
(2) Election and dismissal of directors.
(iii) To consider the work report and financial report of the council.
(iv) Decide on termination matters.
(v) Decide on other major matters.
Article 2: The general meeting (or general meeting of members) shall be convened with the attendance of more than 2/3 of the members (or representatives of members), and its resolutions shall take effect with the vote of more than half of the members (or representatives of members) present.
Article 3: The general meeting (or member's representative meeting) shall be held for four years (the maximum length of each term of the general meeting or member's representative meeting shall not exceed five years). Due to special circumstances to advance or postpone the renewal, shall be voted by the Board of Directors, reported to the business unit in charge of the review and approved by the registration authority of the association, but the extension of the renewal of the maximum of no more than one year.
Article 4: The Council is the executive body of the General Assembly (or the General Assembly), leading the Association to carry out its daily work in the intersessional period, and is responsible to the General Assembly (or the General Assembly).
Article 5: The powers and functions of the Council are:
(1) To implement the resolutions of the General Assembly (or the General Assembly).
(2) Election and dismissal of the chairman (president), vice chairman (vice president), secretary general.
(3) Preparing for the convening of the general meeting (or general meeting of members).
(d) Report to the General Assembly (or General Assembly) on the work and financial situation.
(v) Decide on the absorption and removal of members.
(vi) Decide to establish offices, branches, representative organizations and entities.
(vii) Decide on the appointment of the deputy secretary-general, the main head of each organization.
(viii) To lead the work of the organizations of the Association.
(ix) To formulate the internal management system.
(j) Decide on other important matters.
Article 6: The Council shall be convened with the attendance of more than 2/3 of the members, and its resolutions shall take effect with the vote of more than 2/3 of the members present.
Article 7: The Council shall meet at least once a year, and in special cases, it may be convened by correspondence.
Article VIII, the Association set up a Standing Council, the Standing Council is elected by the Council, between the Council to exercise the powers and functions of Article 5, paragraph 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, responsible for the Council (the number of executive members does not exceed 1/3 of the number of members).
Article IX, the Executive Council shall be convened with the attendance of more than 2/3 of the executive directors, and its resolutions shall be adopted by the vote of more than 2/3 of the executive directors present in order to take effect.
Article X. The executive council shall meet at least once every six months, or in special cases, in the form of communication.
Article XI, the chairman of the Council (President), Vice President (Chairman), the Secretary-General must have the following conditions:
(a) adhere to the party line, guidelines, policies, good political quality.
(ii) Have a greater influence in the business field of the Association.
(C) chairman (president), vice president (chairman), secretary general of the maximum age of not more than 70 years old, the secretary general is full-time.
(d) physical health, can adhere to normal work.
(v) not have been subjected to criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights.
(vi) Have full capacity for civil behavior.
