The secret of changquan

Changquan generally refers to the unarmed attack and defense techniques and sports forms of long-range attack and rapid advance and retreat. The so-called length is relative. Long boxing is relative to short boxing.

Modern Changquan has neat posture, flexible and agile movements, and more leg movements and mouse jumping movements.

1. Check boxing. Check boxing is one of the representative types of long boxing, and it is also famous for writing (inserting) fork steps and inserting boxing. Modern unification is written as checking boxing.

The boxing system is based on ten kinds of boxing, and there are other boxing methods such as sliding, cannon and flood.

2. Bouncing legs (with swimming pool legs). Bouncing leg is a kind of boxing which is mainly based on flexion and extension, combined with footwork and hand weaving. Named after the kick method of boxing is to stimulate and take the trend of ejection. Bouncing legs can be divided into "ten-way bouncing legs" and "twelve-way pool legs".

3. Huaquan. Huaquan is one of the representative types of Changquan. Or this boxing began in Huashan Chua's, hence the name "Hua Quan". In other words, this kind of boxing is based on essence, qi and spirit, and on the theory of "three flowers and one crown", which is called Hua Quan. Also known as this boxing originated from Huashan Mountain in Xiyue, hence the name.

Hua Quan's representative routine is Twelve Boxing. There are other boxing equipment, including route 48. There is a saying that "48 flowers and gestures, art is the best in the world."

4. Red fist. Red boxing is a kind of long boxing. Legend has it that it originated in Zhao Kuangyin, Song Taizu, or sprouted in Guanzhong, Shaanxi. Some people write Hongquan as Hongquan, which is called Beipai Hongquan, to distinguish it from Nanquan Hongquan.

5. plum blossom boxing. Plum blossom boxing is one of the techniques of long boxing, also known as plum blossom boxing. The origin of this boxing remains to be verified. It is said that it originated from Shaolin Temple boxing.

6. Liuhe boxing. Liuhe Boxing is one of the boxing methods of Changquan, which originated from Shaolin Boxing. Wan Laisheng's martial arts Hui Zong claimed that this boxing belonged to Shaolin Wei Tuo Gate. Traditional gloves * * * twelve times.

7. Fan Zongquan. Fan Zongquan is a kind of long boxing, also known as Yanqing Boxing, Fan Zongquan, Jie Zongquan and Fan Zongshu ... There are many legends about the origin of this boxing. Or Yan Qing, who originated in the Song Dynasty. Hence the name "Yanqing Boxing"; Or Yan Qing fled to Liangshan on a snowy night and moved on, sweeping away footprints with branches. Later generations took this idea and named the fist "fan"; Or Yan Qing's fist learned "midnight fairy" from the monkey show. Its boxing method is based on the quick and jumping characteristics of monkeys, so it is named Xiangzong Boxing. In other words, this boxing is made up of various tricks, and it is difficult to understand its sect, so it is named Fanzong Boxing. Most of these legends have no historical evidence. There are thirty-six methods of boxing, and there is a saying that "thirty-six fans, art is all over the world."
