How many degrees is the double steamed cellar wine?
Double steaming cellar wine adopts the traditional ancient "double steaming" brewing process, which is made of high-quality rice, pure mountain spring water, traditional wine cake fermentation (without additives) and repeated distillation in iron pan. The jar was sealed in a tile ridge, and the cellar was buried underground for several years. It tasted mellow and good.
First, pour the pure rice into the earthen stove pot, heat it with firewood, steam and ferment the rice for more than one month, then put it into the pot again after fermentation, and cool the floating wine in a cauldron filled with cold water at the top. According to the principle that steam will turn into water droplets when it is cold, then the wine flows into the groove at the bottom along the edge of the cooling pot, and then it is put into the pot for distillation again, achieving good results.
