Violin belongs to singing melody instrument. Therefore, how to make a full and beautiful sound like singing on the violin is the most important problem in violin performance. As far as violin playing technology is concerned, there are the following basic skills.

1, hold the bow

Hold the bow in your right hand, the tip of your thumb should be close to the spiral sleeve (the root of the bow), and the other fingers should hold the bow rod, so that the back of your hand becomes a natural arc. Fingers need to be soft and bent. The bow rod is located at the end of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger (i.e. fingertip), and the thumb is just opposite to the middle finger.
