Ordinary gas water heaters emit a lot of smoke when they work, and the temperature is as high as 180℃. Ordinary water heaters can't use this heat, which is wasted. At the same time, in the process of emitting high-temperature smoke as high as 180℃, the fuselage is obviously heated by heat conduction, so it is impossible to stay on the fuselage by hand. The key of condensation technology lies in efficient condensation heat exchanger. The cold water inlet pipe of the water heater is close to the condensing heat exchanger. When the discharged high-temperature flue gas passes through the condensing heat exchanger, most of the heat is absorbed by the condensing heat exchanger and immediately used to preheat the cold water in the water inlet pipe, which is equivalent to preheating the cold water before the ordinary gas water heater heats the cold water. It is worth noting that the heat used to preheat cold water is not obtained by burning gas. Instead, it uses the heat in the flue gas that could not be recovered originally to achieve the effect of energy saving and environmental protection. In this way, the temperature of the finally discharged flue gas is only about 60℃. When it reaches the machine body, the temperature has been reduced, and the hand feels only a little warm, so the hand can completely stay on the machine body. This phenomenon is called "tangible energy saving".
