Laba noodles are developed on the basis of Laba porridge. In the past, in Dali, Lintong, Fengxiang and other places in Shaanxi Province, people cooked noodles to worship God on Laba Festival, so it was called "Laba Noodles". Every year before the sun comes out on the morning of the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month, every household in Shaanxi has to eat a bowl of steaming and delicious Laba noodles.
