The Legend of Shanghai Songjiang Square Tower
In addition, Lan, a dynasty building scattered in Zhongshan West Road, Songjiang County, was the residence of Jiangxi Governor in the early Qing Dynasty, with 5 rooms wide and 7 squares deep. Most of the column beams are made of nanmu, which is quite distinctive, commonly known as Nanmu Hall. The architectural style of this hall is simple, elegant and refined. The beams are all plain, the arch is used between the beams and the tourists, and the front porch column is made of octagonal wood, which is rare. Today, the Pagoda Garden has also been demolished and used as a memorial hall for Zhu Shunshui in the Ming Dynasty. The beauty peak stone in front of Lanrui Hall was originally the villa of the Ming Dynasty painter Sun. There is a small flower room to the north of the promenade. Five stone bees in the white wall outside the temple, known as the "Five Old Peaks", were abandoned by the Ming Dynasty painter Gu Zhengyi in Jinzhuo Garden. Today, they are all used to decorate the landscape of Fangta Cultural Relics Park.
