How many sets are there?

The Eagle Takes Flight is one of the second series of broadcasting gymnastics for primary and secondary school students (young children).

The second set of national primary and secondary school students (young children) series of broadcasting gymnastic exercises includes five sets of exercises: "The world is beautiful", "the eagle takes off", "the rising sun", "the times are calling", "the vigor of youth".

The five sets of exercises are created on the basis of serious research and scientific experiments, taking full account of the physical and mental development of students of different ages, targeted, and at the same time has a distinctive educational, scientific, contemporary and novelty.

It helps students to develop a good habit of regular physical exercise, form a correct body posture, regulate the rhythm of learning and life, and promote their vivid, lively and active development.
