They organically link social production, distribution and consumption through various service functions, so as to speed up the operation of people flow, logistics, information flow and capital flow.

Broadly speaking, modern service industry is a service industry in the sense of modernization and informationization, and it refers to a new service industry system formed in the industrial structure on the basis of the growth of emerging service industries and the transformation and upgrading of traditional service industries. It is reflected in the important position of the whole service industry in the national economy and the employed population and the high level of information technology in the service industry, which has the characteristics of high human capital content, high technology content and high added value.
